Chris service my combination boiler and did a gas safety report at my static caravan. He arrived at the time he said that he would be here. He explained exactly what a service and gas safety check entailed. I would highly recommend Chris for his professionalism.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Chris as a plumber. My last plumber moved area and I was not happy with the work the next 2 plumbers did for me. ( one would only service my boiler and the other plumber would only service my boiler if he???d installed it). The first time Chris came he repaired a leak in a pipe below my boiler which hadn???t been identified by one of the plumbers in spite of me saying the pressure in my boiler was constantly dropping. It was a tricky job to do because of the access but he successfully repaired it. Since then Chris now services my boiler and recently replaced a faulty radiator valve and a tap. I am extremely happy with his work and hope he doesn???t move area!

Chris was excellent from start to finish. Friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable, he quickly identified the issue and resolved it without any fuss at a very reasonable price. One of the biggest concerns when dealing with a problem you know little about is whether you???re being advised honestly or paying for work that isn???t really needed. Chris immediately inspired confidence. He took the time to explain the problem clearly, was completely transparent about what was required, and focused on fixing the issue rather than creating additional work. He was punctual, tidy, respectful of the house, and left everything spotless when the job was finished. It???s refreshing to find a Gas Safe registered engineer who combines technical expertise with genuine integrity and great customer service. I would happily recommend Chris to family and friends and won???t hesitate to call him again in the future.

After a busy day at work, I came home to no hot water. With no error showing in my boiler, I rang Chris and he arrived within 10 minutes. Was able to diagnose the problem straight away and get to work. Was back up and running in no time. Great service for after hours on a Friday! Highly recommend

I would highly recommend C Byrne Heating Services. Chris was recommended to us by a friend when we were looking for a reliable heating engineer to service our boiler and he provided a first class service, from start to finish. He quickly identified a major issue with the original install (which was done by another company), which effectively meant our boiler was unsafe and failed to meet the warranty requirements. He ensured the work which was subsequently carried out to rectify the issues was compliant with Gas Safe standards and also met the requirements of the boiler manufacturer. Chris was incredibly thorough, highly professional and courteous throughout the process.
