Replaced a faulty electric shower for us. Very clear with competitive expected cost, turned up on time with good communication, friendly, clean and efficient, new shower fitted and working well.

I had an immersion tank leak which was seeping through the kitchen ceiling. Craig came out quickly to assess the situation before arranging a revisit once the replacement parts came in. On his return he replaced the tank, serviced the boiler and replaced a radiator. I am so pleased. Craig was an absolute pleasure to have around and did a great job. He was recommended to me and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone else in need of a plumber/heating Engineer. Derek

Craig offers a really reliable, professional and friendly service. We have used him for numerous different plumbing jobs from boiler servicing to fitting a new bathroom. He always turns up on time and always suggests the most economical way to do the job. We would not hesitate to recommend him.

Craig has completed several jobs at our house. It is a good reliable service. Highly recommend.

We have been delighted with Craig Dixon's service and would happily recommend him to any one of our friends. Our bathroom radiator fell off the wall early one morning and Craig dropped everything to rescue us from spewing, black hot water and seal the fractured pipes. He then worked with us to repair and refurbish our bathroom. He made it so easy. We have been impressed by his professionalism , flexibility, promptness, and the quality of his workmanship. He is very personable and a neat, tidy and considerate expert. Thank you Craig for saving us further damage from the radiator and then creating our lovely new warm bathroom.
