I saw the glowing reviews and decided to get in touch, but had a very unhelpful conversation with Ingrid. I contacted Cheeseman Plumbing to book a UFH chemical flush. The first reply said they were unable to assist, with no explanation. I queried this because their website advertises power flushing, and the follow up reply then said they had no availability. If you are too busy to take on new work, that is completely fair. The issue here was the unclear and inconsistent messaging, which wasted time and left me unsure whether the service is offered or not. I would suggest improving how enquiries are handled. The short, unclear replies came across as dismissive and did not match the service level your reviews suggest.

When our boiler suddenly broke down, Luke came to the rescue???arriving in less than 48 hours to sort out the issue. His service was outstanding from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, and he handled everything with complete professionalism and ease. Luke???s knowledge really shone through, giving us confidence that we were in safe hands. It???s rare to find someone so reliable and genuinely helpful. We couldn???t be more impressed and would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of trustworthy, top-quality service!

We were really pleased with the plumbing work carried out as part of our new kitchen installation. The plumbers were professional, punctual, and got everything done to a high standard. They worked efficiently and slotted in perfectly with the rest of the trades, which kept the whole project running smoothly. It was clear they knew exactly what they were doing, and their attention to detail gave us complete confidence in the quality of their work. We???d happily recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and skilled plumbers. A great experience all round!

What a great company! Luke, Jamie, and their team were extremely professional throughout the entire installation of our new air source heat pump. A friendly and professional team that I highly recommend to anyone in need of reliable plumbing and heating services.

We had our gas boiler replaced and were impressed and delighted with the work carried out and the friendly professionalism of the team. Ingrid always communicated with us in a reassuring manner at every step of the way. Each of the workmen were polite, confident and dedicated in their work and respectful of our home. The work was completed in a timely manner and to a high standard. They even brought a heater for us to use while the heating was off. After care followed with a check up on the system and we have noticed an increase in efficiency and effectiveness since the replacement boiler was installed. Highly recommended.
