We had an excellent experience with Ambient! Our commercial kitchen get so hot in the summer so we contacted Paul, who visited & quoted within a few days. Agreed 2 units and we were booked in a few days later. Tom & Mark installed everything within a day and were friendly, tidy & professional. The next day was 32C and the kitchen team thought it was Christmas! Thank you so much team Ambient!

Brilliant service from start to finish by Ambient. Fast, tidy, and very professional air???con installation by Matt. Couldn???t be happier with the result, a real game changer, especially as our three???storey house gets so warm in the summer. Highly recommended.

I have used the company 3 times now. My experience on all 3 occasions has been excellent. Their team clearly care, they came to discuss what we wanted and gave valuable advice. The quote was detailed and when the works were being completed, you could see they wanted to do a great job and ensure we were very happy with the outcome. The ongoing annual service is always easy to book and again, the team are polite, very professional and detailed. We have been really pleased at every touch point.

Exceptional Service and Expertise I couldn't be more impressed with the entire Ambient experience. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and care. Paul is hugely knowledgeable. His advice was tailored perfectly to my property and needs. He took the time to explain my options, managed my expectations well, ensuring I knew exactly what to expect in terms of timing, costs and performance. The installation was carried out by Tom who was fantastic - highly skilled, incredibly hard-working and professional. He was a pleasure to have around???courteous, respectful and personable. After completing the job, Tom cleaned up so thoroughly that you wouldn???t have even known anyone had been in the house. It???s rare to find a company that cares about every detail, and Ambient certainly does. Excellent product, installed with great skill and care.

Everything from Ambient so far (we still need the units electrically connected) has inspired confidence, from Paul's no-hassles visit to the competence and friendly demeanour of the two engineers. The impression is one of reliability, being au fait with the technicalities of installation, plus speed of operation and cleaning-up.
