From the initial consultation to the finished bathroom, the service was outstanding. The project involved a complete redesign and new layout, and the advice I received on the best use of the space, along with recommendations for fixtures and fittings, was invaluable. Every suggestion was well thought out and made a huge difference to the final result. The quality of workmanship was exceptional, with real attention to detail throughout. Nothing was rushed, and every aspect of the installation was completed to an incredibly high standard. What really stood out was the excellent communication ??? Ross regularly checked in with me at every stage to make sure I was happy with the progress and any decisions along the way, which gave me complete confidence in the project. The finished bathroom has exceeded all my expectations, and I couldn't be happier with the result. Ross and Josh are professional, reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely take pride in their work. I was looking for a plumber at short notice to sort a leaking shower. Ross at Bodmans Plumbing and heating responded and sorted me within 8 hours. What a brilliant service from a friendly and efficient team.

Never used Ross before. He was recommended. We spoke on the phone to go through a few things that it could have been. With that, the problem was soon recognised. Ross turned up on time,the problem was soon fixed. Clean and tidy throughout. Kept me informed all the way through the job. I would 100% recommend Ross for any gas/water problems. All of this when everyone was on holiday through the Christmas period. No ridiculous call out charges!

Ross has been a total superman when it comes to sorting out and making good our recently and very badly installed Samsung Air source heating. The original installer had left us with a unit that was just over a year old and not functioning correctly and ignored all our attempts to get them to rectify their mistakes and do whatever needed to be done to make the heating system work properly again. Ross, after a lot of work has got the entire system up and running after making good all the mistakes and shoddy work done by the original installer. We now have a fully working system and he has also helped us to finally obtain the extended warranty from the manufacturer. We would recommend Ross very highly indeed.

??????????????? Ross has been a lifesaver - we???re really grateful to have found him. We needed an emergency callout after another (less qualified) energy company employee accidentally caused some issues with our gas supply and left our house without heating or hot water. Ross was friendly, professional and helpful from the first call. He immediately managed to diagnose the likely issue, and requested pictures to help him make a plan before he even arrived. Ross then showed up promptly exactly on time, arrived with a clear plan of action, and had already driven around 4 different builders merchants in order to arrive with the parts he needed for a slightly more complex job. He worked efficiently and had the whole issue resolved within an hour. All of this before 8am on a Saturday! Cannot recommend more highly. Keep this guy on speed dial
