Paul and Charlie both did a fantastic job replacing our aging boiler. Both working extremely hard and explaining what they were doing as they went. They kept disruption in the house to an absolute minimum. Wouldn???t go anywhere else for our plumbing work. Thank you guys.

We received an excellent service from Paul and Charlie for a recent job. We had Paul out earlier in the year to repair our rather old boiler and decided to bite the bullet and get Paul back before winter kicked in to replace it. They flushed the system and installed a new external boiler, radiator, and new plumbing for the washing machine. They are both extremely friendly and knowledgeable and explain everything they are doing so as a customer you understand what work is being done. They go above and beyond to resolve any issues on the day - we had an issue with our Nest thermostat so with some quick thinking we were able to have a Hive thermostat fitted so we weren't without heating for any longer than necessary. The attention to detail was second to none, the pipework was meticulous and rather than leave an unsightly mess where the old boiler flue came out of the wall they took out and replaced some of the brickwork. The site was immaculate when they left. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them and we will be calling on their services again next year to replace all our radiators. Thanks Paul & Charlie!

We have just had a very old, outdoor oil boiler replaced with a lovely new oil combo boiler by Paul, Charlie and James (apprentice). They also removed our old water tank from the loft and old immersion heater. Paul and Charlie are very knowledgeable and we received lots of useful advice. The team were really efficient, friendly and always tidied up and cleaned at the end of the day and the work was completed to a very high standard. We wouldn???t hesitate to recommend them to anyone requiring plumbing work.
