Dan has been a consistent hero when we've needed urgent help with our boiler at our holiday rental property. He is super efficient, friendly, reliable and does a great job. So pleased to have such a good supplier available to us when needed and cannot recommend Dan enough.

Just called Dan in an emergency as our boiler had failed, was clearly busy on another job but still had the time to speak to me, took me thorough some troubleshooting over the phone and got us running again! Free of charge, number saved and will be using for all future paid works. Thank you brilliant service! Full 5 stars :-)

I made a desperate call on a Friday evening due to having no heating. Dan arrived within an hour and diagnosed the issue immediately. Thankfully he was able to fix it and the family are nice and warm again. Thank you so much

Called on Dan, based in Google reviews, when our boiler stopped working. Good communication, prompt reply, prompt visit, friendly, fixed the issue quickly and offered to talk us through how the boiler works if needed (we???ve recently moved), all while not making us feel silly or stupid in any way. Took the time to check all okay and that we were fully happy before leaving. Will use again, will recommend.
