Engineer came to look at our Kohlangaz fire today. Exceptional service. Resolved issue and fully serviced fire. Carried out CO2 check and renewed sand and coals. Would not hesitate to recommend this Company

A lack of care and attention to detail when they serviced my fires - very unprofessional. We had to call and ask him to return because our heaters (that he said that he had serviced), were not left in the condition that they found them in - screws missing, parts not put back in the correct place etc. Instead of letting me know this information on the day, he tried to hide his poor work, took my money and left my property. I thought that this was quite dishonest... Once I had inspected the work, I contacted the manager and he said that the person would return on Monday between 3pm and 4pm. When he returned to correct/finish his work, he showed up at 4:15pm and he didn't seem at all bothered by this. I wouldn't recommend this company. You've been warned!

We have needed to use Bearwood Gas Services twice recently and we have been very pleased by the service we have received from them. On the first occasion, they efficiently carried out a number of jobs to ensure that they could give us a needed Gas safety certificate. Today, they responded quickly to repair a toliet cistern in time for Xmas day. Prompt, efficient service. Thank you.

Outstanding service from Bearwood Gas Services. Asked them to reinstate a gas fire and service and repair a combi boiler. Both dealt with quickly and efficiently at a cost of a couple of hundred pounds. (Another gas engineer had quoted over ??1,500 for the fire alone.) Everything checked and tested to my entire satisfaction before they left. Highly recommended.

Amazing service. My problem, which I was quoted on with another gas fitter and that was going to cost a small fortune, was resolved on the same day that I called. It's rare these days to find tradesmen who stand by their word and who take pride in doing a good job. I am pleased to say that Bearwood Gas Services are excellent and I recommend them unreservedly. Thank you.
