Simon came and did a thorough service of our gas fire which had been giving off a bit of a strange smell when we turned it on. He checked the fire itself, the chimney for blockages, cleared the debris from behind the fire, checked carbon monoxide levels and installed a carbon monoxide alarm, all in all giving me peace of mind that it???s in full working order and safe to use. A pleasure to deal with and reasonably priced too. Highly recommended and we???ll definitely use again if the need arises!

Our boiler broke down a day before Christmas Eve, and we called Simon for his service in that evening. Although it's holiday time, he remained very responsive - got the right boiler for us (local shops was closed) and installed it ASAP. There were couple glitches (obviously not his problem) - he came back immediately to help get everything sorted. The whole process is professional and easy with his help. We feel very lucky to have him around the neighbourhood. Definitely recommend his service.

I'd been without heating or hot water for a couple of days and Simon quickly priced up cost of new condenser boiler, heated towel rail and thermostatic controls, installed boiler on the Saturday and left the system flushing until he returned to complete job on the Monday morning . So efficient, intelligent and thorough it almost seemed too good to be true. Two months later my central heating is still more efficient and reliable than it's ever been in all the many years I've lived in this old Victorian terrace and I couldn't recommend Simon more highly.

Simon removed and refitted 2 radiators and fitted 2 new cast iron radiators for us. His work was professional and tidy. He was responsive and very helpful. He was able to get us replacement valves urgently and even returned to fit them on a Sunday. I would recommend him and definitely use again. Thank you

We used Urban Gas Fitters to install 2 new radiators and investigate some other issues with the heating system. Simon recommended the perfect style we wanted to suit our interior decor and had them installed within 10 days of our first conversation. We also no longer have the weird noises running through our walls! Very efficient and polite service throughout and good value too. Would recommend others.
