Annual maintenance on our Ideal boiler was triggered by a reminder text from Zoe - we called back to book us in and all was sorted efficiently and with friendliness to arrange an attendance this morning at 9.00am. As expected Gas Heating Services turned up bang on time and after exchanging pleasantries, the engineer (Lee) came in after, without any hesitancy, putting carpet protectors over his shoes. Without further ado, except for a brew, Lee set to work quietly and professionally on our 7 year old boiler which to be honest still looks as good as new inside. He also changed the batteries in the thermostat and cleaned the debris from the particle collector in the central heating system - all work done cleanly and properly. We have every confidence in Gas Heating Services, a family run business who we have used for 7 years now without a glitch and in the knowledge that if we needed them in any emergency they would respond quickly. Very friendly and super efficient. Will be taking out annual maintenance of my central heating with them as soon as my British Gas agreement runs out.

Had my boiler serviced yesterday-it was fully stripped down - excellent job, highly recommend.

The service before we had the boiler was fitted last year was good as was the actual fitting of the boiler. However I???ve been disappointed by their after service. A few months after it had been fitted we had problems with low pressure and we were told we needed new bath taps. It turned out to be a slow leak on the bathroom radiator. The date of installation was also recorded incorrectly which they agreed to correct by informing Ideal. It???s now coming up to the first anniversary and therefore requires a service.When I rang for a price I found it to be dearer than using Ideal themselves . I also was told by Ideal that the date of installation hadn???t been corrected.( I???ve now rectified it myself).

We???ve used Gas Heating Services for a couple of years and always found them to be great. This week my elderly parents had a burst radiator in the bedroom which caused flooding downstairs and the heating system to fail. Within 30 minutes an engineer arrived to look into the problem. A replacement radiator was fitted the same day and my parents heating system was back on. Excellent service and highly recommended
