Boiler service and returning radiator to wall - very professional right from enquiry to job completion. The engineer was very helpful and kept me appraised of any issues or replacement parts that were required before he replaced them. Excellent service all around andI would highly recommend to anyone.

This is our 2nd time using HPS as a family, with the service being expert and reliable each time. Most recently, our leaking old boiler was replaced with a new cost effective model, with the customer care and prompt advice offered through the process providing peace of mind when I needed an urgent solution. I would recommend HPS to anyone seeking an honest, reliable, fairly priced boiler installation.

HPS were fantastic from booking in the job from the engineer arriving on time as stated via watts app message communication regularly was great between both parties. H the engineer turned up looking very professional with all tools on Board his Van Did a great services on the boiler as well as talking me through each stage so I understand how the boiler systems works in general for future reference H spent a good hour or so with the services and cleaning up after him self once finished, also price was very fair. Boiler was in better working order. I have now booked HPS to do my boiler service every year and scheduled in reminders for this with them. I???m really impressed. We had ongoing heating issues and three engineers had already tried to check it, but none of them could properly diagnose the fault. This engineer was brilliant, he identified the problem quickly and sorted it straight away. He was professional from start to finish, explained things clearly, and left everything clean with no mess. This is what a true professional looks like. Highly recommended.

Today we used the services of HPS. Firstly, our call was urgent and the engineer arrived in a matter of minutes. Secondly, he very quickly found out what the problem was with the boiler and what needed to be done. Thirdly, he quickly brought the necessary equipment for replacement and repaired it.
