Just wanted to say thank you to Gavin, Lewis, James, Ellis and CJ for all your work on our bathroom installation. We came across Virtue by chance but what a find. It's been a pleasure having you work in the house, you all make a great team, polite, respectful of your surroundings, tidy (hoovering incl!) but most of all like to do a good job and advise if not quite sure on something. It was all managed didn't have to nip out for any goods myself, left to Virtue to order and arrange. Thank you! Would have no hesitation in using their services again.

Came out within a good time frame to repair a significant leak and problems at the property. He did incur a few unforeseen additional problems but the extra cost was very reasonable. Pleasant, helpful, hard working. Would recommend.

The person who undertook the contract on our house was outstanding, and his work was greatly appreciated. He always kept to his promised timescales as well. I also highly praise this local company in Bristol.

James was excellent, we really appreciate that he came out short notice and got the problem solved super quickly once he did. He was very easy to talk to and over all was a really nice guy. He kept us informed about what was being done and let us know what caused the problem we had in the first place. He worked efficiently and left everything in a clean and tidy state when finished. Very professional, honest and friendly and we hope our letting agent chooses Virtue again An update to add: We had to have them out again for another issue with the kitchen. They are very honest and they care very much about what they do and who they are working with. In all my years renting I???ve never had such a wonderful experience with contractors.

A True modern day Hero, 1am washing machine starts flooding the flat, called up and was here within 20 minutes, very polite and respectful but got straight into locating and fixing the problem, he was extremely quick and efficient and had drained the water and triple checked that the problem wouldn???t happen again. I was extremely impressed and grateful for the speedy response!
