Had an emergency after accidentally drilling into a copper pipe and called out Josh. He arrived quickly, explained everything clearly, and fixed the pipe professionally. Really appreciated how calm and helpful he was during a stressful situation and it being out of hours. Great service and excellent workmanship. I would definitely recommend and use again.

Josh was very prompt at answering and attending to our bathroom job, which was plaguing our existence! He sorted the problem very quickly. Highly recommend!

Recently Josh came to my parents rescue when they were having trouble with a seized stopcock. I must say, he was absolutely wonderful. If I could give him 10 stars, I would without hesitation. Josh was not only polite and kind but also very understanding and incredibly helpful. His professionalism and friendly demeanour made a world of difference to my parents, who were quite stressed about the situation. Thanks Josh, everything is now sorted and my parents are extremely grateful and relieved. I would highly recommend Josh to everyone, his dedication to an excellent service truly shines through.
