Such a breath of fresh air. Alex has serviced our boiler system a couple times now. ALWAYS professional, transparent, honest, trustworthy and clear. So friendly too. We???ve had Alex as our gas engineer for the past six years and couldn???t be happier with him. He???s always friendly, arrives promptly???especially when there???s an emergency???and his work is meticulous and tidy. Alex recently fitted a new Vaillant gas boiler for us , and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. He???s brilliant at explaining things in simple terms and never minds our questions. We also appreciate his annual service reminders, which shows how reliable he is. I???d strongly recommend Alex to anyone looking for a trustworthy skilled, and registered gas safety engineer.

Alex was really helpful with our boiler problems - managing to fit us in without much notice. He was thorough, informative and walked us through the potential different issues. Would definitely recommend!

Alex did a great job at fitting a new sink for us. This was a really fiddly job as we have such a tiny kitchen, with a water meter taking up a lot of space under the sink. He reinforced our counter tops and went over and above to get it sorted despite having very little room to work in. We are really happy with the result. Alex also looks after a rental property my sister and I have and he has done lots of work there too which has always been done at short notice. He is liaises with our tenant and takes the worry out of it for us.
