I have used On Heating for several years mainly for servicing and breakdowns. They have proved to be very reliable and I would not hesitate to recommend their services. Most recently I have had a new Vaillant boiler installed by them. The price was competitive, especially if one takes into account the 10-year manufacturer's warranty, that is only issued when approved installers carry out the work using manufacturer's specified parts. Lee carried out the work with minimum disruption and no mess and all waste removed. An excellent job all round.

I had a new boiler installed and Lee was extremely professional from beginning to end. He explained everything, was clear on how much it would be and timeline. My flat was left completely clean and I???m happy to have hot water and a more efficient boiler! Would highly recommend ????

Huge thanks to Lee at Pierson Plumbing for the outstanding help. We lost our hot water over the weekend, and Lee responded to messages before 8am and talked me through the fix remotely. His clear instructions and willingness to help outside normal hours meant we had hot water back on quickly without needing a call???out. Professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful ??? couldn???t recommend Pierson Plumbing (and Lee in particular) highly enough.

Lee and associates made a great impression to me and my partner. We required the replace of a boiler and a heatsystem and merging them into a combiboiler. Neat job, well explained and greateful of having found trustworthy professionals. Goes without saying that Lee has become our heating engineer.

Had new boiler fitted. Absolute first class service. I couldn't be happier. Punctual, polite, and very clean workers. Extremely competitive price. Can't recommend Pierson heating enough.
