Sam is a lovely guy and excellent at what he does. He always tries to complete the work in the shortest period of time, which I appreciate. I highly recommend him.

Then proceeded with the agreed option in an organised and tidy fashion. Sam H. engaged with the external Gas authorities to ensure it was all compliant. A professional attitude throughout, sensible technical communication with a professional engineer (whose discipline is not Gas) with a sympathetic attitude to the adverse impact of this unforeseen consequence of a 'Smart' meter fitting... A clear communication of costs and a prompt bill with relevant telephone (WhatsApp) communication. Helpful and professional and respecting and as such I make this recommendation.

Sam attended my house within 30 mins of me calling, ON A SUNDAY, even though I was not an existing customer of his. He was able to fix the problem with my boiler within an hour (labour included in his call-out charge), as he had the necessary replacement parts in stock on his van. Incredibly good value and service.
