Excellent service from Drain Boss! Charlie was a lifesaver, he was so friendly and kept me in the loop with everything, as well as fixing the drainage problem, plus clean up. Would recommend.

Fast, professional, good quality service for a very reasonable price. They swiftly unblocked a patio drain that had flooded very fast overnight after a big storm. Would highly recommend.

Had a blocked drain leaking from a manhole cover. Discovered the block on a bank holiday weekend, and following a web enquiry, Gordon called me within an hour on a Sunday. He offered to get someone to me the same day, though leak was not continuous so I was happy to leave it until after the bank holiday. Dan turned up exactly at the agreed time, and was extremely thorough and professional, going well beyond the basic clearing of the blockage but also jetting upstream and checking other drains on the house too. Gordon then called me the following day to sort payment. It was great dealing a company that cares about giving good service, and does what they say they will, plus refreshing to speak to the same people each time (and not a call centre).

What more could you ask for? Replied to my email quickly, booked in a few days later, arrived on time, very polite and fun and most importantly, fixed the blocked drain in minutes. Would recommend

Wow, very quick service from Drain Boss. Were on site within half an hour of calling. Took an hour and a half to clear the problem ( hate to think what it was! ). Cost when compared to other plumbing and drainage services I have used was very reasonable.
