Dan came highly recommended to us, and not only did he exceed our expectations, but we were thoroughly impressed by his work ethic, expertise, and consideration for what we needed. The building had many issues when we first took over. The older boiler wasn't up to par; the size and location of the gas tubes were not safe for commercial use; the bar needed a water pipe, etc. Dan smartly diagnosed fixes for these issues, promptly got on with the work, and, in the end, everything was done to such a high standard that we couldn't have been happier or more grateful for his time. In the case of the gas tube that now runs along the ceiling, he chose copper tubes with a vintage finish that has now become a feature in our shop. It is rare to come across a plumber/boiler and gas expert/all-rounder with this level of integrity and commitment to deliver good work. Highly recommended!

Dan was working at our neighbours when we noticed the loft tanks removed on the driveway, a job we also were interested in! We asked Dan who provided us a professional quote for a Megaflo conversion, we promptly accepted and the job was completed whilst we were on holiday. On our return we thoroughly impressed with the quality of work, the increase in Water pressure and how clean the house was left! Dan has completed several more job for us since and would recommend him for all Plumbing & Gas Boiler work!

Dan did an excellent job replacing our boiler. He was professional from start to finish and completed the work on time as promised. What I really appreciated was that he took the time to explain all the available options and let me make an informed decision rather than just pushing one solution. The installation was done to a high standard and he left everything clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend Dan for any boiler work and wouldn't hesitate to use him again. He also renovated our bathroom and I couldn't be happier with the results. The job was completed in just two weeks, which was impressive considering this was our only bathroom and we were living in the house throughout the renovation. What really stood out was how much effort Dan put into minimizing the disruption to our daily life. He made sure the bathroom was accessible to us as much as possible during the work, and he cleaned up thoroughly every single day before leaving. This made a huge difference since we were still living there. Dan was also extremely helpful in choosing the right products - he guided us to the best options at good prices, which saved us money without compromising on quality. His professionalism and consideration for our situation made what could have been a stressful experience surprisingly smooth. Highly recommend Dan for any bathroom renovation work!

D E Plumbing & Heating Sussex did a great job helping us fit our new bathroom. Dan was always reliable and everything was finished to a superb standard! we will be recommending him to all, and getting in touch when we are ready to install our new kitchen. Thanks again Dan!

Dan took on a job to remove our old gravity fed system in the loft and replace it with an unvented cylinder. My experience with trades over the years has generally been poor but am pleased to say Dan was very much the exception. He turned up when he said he would, carried out the work he quoted for as expected and everything worked. Not a very high bar I know but getting people just to turn up when they say they will or even at all seems to be a dark art. Overall I was really impressed with Dan's professionalism and work ethic. He was punctual, courteous and clearly knows what he is doing. He will be our first call for any work in the future. P.S. He cleaned up spotlessly every day which kept my other half happy.
