First time using Max at Icon who was recommended by a trusted colleague who said that he was the only plumber that she would ever trust. Had a blocked drain. He said he'd come at 6pm - texted to say he could be there an hour earlier. No drama. Sorted the problem immediately. And the invoice was very reasonable. Definitely would use Icon without any hesitation in future.

I would highly recommend Icon plumbing and Heating. I contacted them via CheckaTrade and Max answered very quickly. He was very polite, tidy and came at the exact time he said he would! He installed a new shower and we were so pleased with his service that we rebooked him to unblock our slow running bath, fit a new shower screen and re mastic the bathroom. All jobs were done to a very high standard. So glad that we have found a reliable plumber and will be sure to use his services again in the future.

Contacted Max regarding a new bathroom I wanted fitting to my house. He gave me an estimate which was spot on, he turned up on-time and was very polite/respectful. The work was completed with no issues whatsoever, all very smooth process and Max kept me updated with his progress daily. Have already recommended him to all my friends and will certainly use him again in the future. Thanks Max!

Excellent response time & very helpful - I called Max at Icon Plumbing & Heating yesterday in a panic. There was waste water dripping through the ceiling to the downstairs flat. Max arrived at the flat within 30 minutes of my call. He was helpful, quick and efficient. He dealt with the problem immediately and offered some very helpful suggestions. I would definitely use Icon Plumbing and Heating again and recommend to friends.

Icon Plumbing and Heating are a superb company! They came strongly recommended from some rather fastidious customers. Max and his team are highly skilled, punctual, charming and easy to deal with. We were so delighted with the result in the spare bathroom that we immediately re booked them for the other bathroom. It???s perfect,
