??????????????? I???ve been using Steve for over 10 years and I honestly wouldn???t use anyone else. He???s reliable, trustworthy, highly knowledgeable, and always provides a professional service. I???ve used Steve for my own home as well as my rental properties, and I have complete confidence in his work. His prices are always very reasonable, and he always takes the time to explain things and make sure everything is done properly. If you???re looking for a heating engineer you can genuinely rely on, with excellent knowledge and workmanship, I wouldn???t hesitate to recommend Steve.

Highly recommend this company. Stephen was excellent and went above and beyond to help me. I called on Monday enquiring about a boiler replacement, he visited twice that day to explain the quote and what was required and was installing it that Sunday. He replaced my conventional boiler with a combi in just a few hours, taking the hot & cold water tanks, excess piping and old boiler and efficiently installing the new one - which was amazing. They were careful not to leave a mess and even fixed a few others thing in the house, like my electric shower, leaking water tap and radiator included in the price. Cannot thank them enough for all the help and would recommend to anyone who needs this level of service in the area.

Absolutely amazing service from Stephen Hocking plumbing and heating today! Called him out as an emergency at 8am this morning and by 9:30am the issue was completely sorted. He quickly went to get the part needed, came straight back and fixed the leaking soil pipe before our new kitchen is fitted. Thank you so much ??? a total lifesaver! Professional, reliable and fast service from start to finish. Would 100% recommend Stephen to anyone needing a plumber.

Stephen was recommended to us by a friend who had also used his company. He was great, came out at short notice when we were in a bind. Found the issues with our boiler, transparent and clear in explaining our options. Fitted a new boiler for us the following day. Would definitely recommend - trustworthy, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced.

I highly recommend Hockings Plumbing & Heating. Stephen is a great guy, he's 100% reliable and will absolutely do what it takes to make sure it's a top quality job. I've recently had a complete bathrooms installation and another bathroom renovated. The quality of work is fantastic, Kris and Phil are an absolute pleasure to have around. Stephen will be the first person I call if I need any heating or plumbing jobs doing.
