Had a gas issue. Very quick in responding and identified the problem. Well sorted. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual and clearly very knowledgeable about their work. They explained everything clearly, completed the boiler work efficiently, and left the area clean and tidy afterwards. Communication was great throughout the process, and I felt confident in the quality and safety of the installation. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy boiler services. Thank you again for a job well done!

I???m very impressed with his service and would confidently recommend him to anyone who needs a reliable and skilled plumber and Gas. Great job and thank you for your outstanding work.

I used OLAD heating and plumbing after being let down a couple of times. This company were sent by Kings plumbing and heating after a call to them as a contractor. They can within a couple of hours of calling. They stated it would be a ??49 call out fee plus the price of the work. The job included drilling through a joist and re connecting a gas pipe and 3 water pipes that had been capped around 12 inches apart. The workman took five hours total to complete the work including a trip to a supplier for parts and then a return trip once he realised he???d forgotten something. Whilst I can???t fault the quality of the work, I wasn???t filled with confidence by the time it took and the lack of communication. On completion he asked for ??500!! He sensed I was furious and after a bit of back and forth eventually settled for ??380 which I still think is scandalous for the work. As much as I understand it took him a long time, a competent plumber should have finished the work including a third of the time. Had he quoted me before starting the work I would have not let him proceed but also believe had he quoted me he wouldn???t have chanced such an extortionate amount. I also requested a receipt after my card payment which he was hesitant to do and assured me he would email it to me. I have yet to receive this. I give two stars as he turned up and completed the work but I would avoid at all costs as I feel I have been scammed.

Olad is very reliable and prompt to respond to issues with his expertise in gas and plumbing services. Olad's jobs which he did for us was very affordable and neat with durable matrrials. Thanks Olad...
