Absolutely fabulous service, brilliant guys can???t get any better

Have been coming into this store for many years, very helpful and friendly staff and a lovely bathroom showroom aswell. Highly recommended

Been ???asked??? many times to go buy something I knew abs nothing about for many years. Today, on my latest request to ???can you go try get a thingy for that whatsit????, I find out my visits to HPM could have been over 40 years! Apart from ???congratulations??? to everyone, the fact I???ve always gone home with what was needed is absolute credit to them. Listening/interpreting/KNOWING what I needed. Usually (always) even before I???ve finished trying to explain. Lovely, friendly, helpful???.. what more could I say? Thank you so much and long may you continue with your customer (and very) caring business,

Excellent customer service came in for a shower tray and bought more stuff, lovely family friendly run business who can???t do enough for you. I was even fed a cake on way out. Will be back for sure.

I have been coming to this shop for a few years now , came down to the showroom to buy a new bathroom and was greeted by the super friendly staff, they showed me around the showroom before giving me a quote to take away , i visited next day to place order and there delivery driver delivered my bathroom into my garage , exceptional service would recommend
