Mike has done a great job of stripping out our old bathroom and replacing it with a very elegant and stylish shower and basin and toilet.Mike was very clean and polite he tidied up after himself and paid attention to detail in fitting he bathroom for us.We will recommend him to others and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks Mike.

After an initial inspection we agreed that I would remove the boxed in section of the bathroom toilet to help keep costs down. Once this was removed it was obvious the leak came from the soil pipe connection. Mike quickly quoted on replacing the faulty flexible pipe connector and installed it today within 20 minutes. Very pleased with the results and will use his services again.

Chose Neptune Plumbing & Heating after seeing their good reviews. I'm so glad I did. Mike was fantastic. Turned up when he said. Did quote when he said. Did the work when he said. Fixed the urgent issues first in my bathroom ( leaky tap & pipe: replaced ) and has identified a couple of things that need doing soon and will quote for them. I have no hesitation in having him back. He was very polite and has done a very good job so far. I'll be keeping his number & recommending him to friends & family

Neptune fitted our new Glow Worm boiler and gave our radiators a power flush, bringing one of our blocked up radiators back to life meaning the living room is warm again????. So really pleased with the advice and service we got from Neptune. The work was carried out, when it was booked for and done quickly and with no mess left. We have been having the boiler serviced for a few years by Neptune and will continue to do so. Would highly recommend.

I've used Mike for a few years now and he has been great: pleasant, reliable, timely and very capable. Mike has done a great job completing my bathroom refurbishment this week fitting the backing, shower, new suite and the lino. Really happy with the result and I will look forward to working with Mike again in future.
