I had a serious issue with my central heating not working at all, and Paul from Orion Plumbing & Heating was the fourth engineer to come and assess the problem after previous companies only suggested expensive power flushing, chemical cleaning, or unnecessary pump replacement for my 5-year-old Worcester Bosch boiler. Paul arrived with a colleague and took the time to carefully listen to the full history of the issue. They carried out a very thorough inspection of the entire system, checking the boiler from top to bottom and even investigating under the floor for possible blockages or connection faults. They spent over two hours diagnosing the system properly, rather than rushing to conclusions, and finally identified the real cause of the problem. I was very impressed with their professionalism, patience, and attention to detail. Excellent service, very friendly approach, and genuinely budget-conscious recommendations. Fast response and honest workmanship. I highly recommend Paul and Orion Plumbing & Heating to anyone having heating issues.

Fantastic heating contractor service! The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and fixed our heating system quickly. They explained the issue clearly, offered a fair price, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable heating repair or installation services!

We recently used Orion Plumbing and heating. Our plumber was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly takes pride in his work. He serviced our boiler and helped diagnose an issue with an internal valve. Not only did he help us source the correct part for it, but he also took the time to explain what was happening and how everything worked, which we really appreciated. His workmanship is high???quality, he works cleanly, and he leaves the area tidy. Excellent work ethic and fair pricing ??? it really sets him apart.

Paul fitted me in the day after I contacted him for work on the boiler. Very well priced and gave advice about our water pressure too. Thanks Paul!

Just had Orion come out to fix a leak on our waste pipe. He sorted the problem quickly, left everything clean and tidy, and was polite throughout. A pleasure to have around ??? would 100% recommend.
