I called 3 plumbers on a cold Saturday morning when our boiler had stopped working. Dean was the first to reply and came out the same afternoon to diagnose the problem. He kept me advised of when to expect him etc. Ordered a part and came to fit it as soon as it arrived a couple of days later, charging a very reasonable price. Thanks Dean, I wouldn't hesitate to use you again or to recommend you to my friends & family.

I rang Dean to price for a new boiler as we didn't think ours would last another winter as it was over 25 years old. He came in with a very competitive price for a good quality Baxi boiler. He also recommended changing some of our radiators too as some of the rooms in the house were cool, this has made a big difference to the overall heat in our rooms. Whilst he was fitting the boiler he also kindly repaired my hob which saved me a lot of money. The work was done promptly and efficiently to a very high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dean or calling him back for further work.

Dean and Cameron recently removed a radiator and re-piped a new shower and sink in our bathroom, which needed to be relocated. The service was absolutely amazing,they were very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout. Everything was completed to a high standard, and they made the whole process stress-free. If you are looking for a competent no-nonsense Gas engineer. Look no further. Dean did such a fantastic Job with our heating and hot water system. They are very professional but also flexible to accommodate changes required during the Job. A combination that can be hard to get. Plus the price is very competitive. We changed the hot water cylinder and a Potterton boiler of 22 years. Doing these required quite a bit of plumbing overhaul. We are very happy with the Job done. We cannot recommend him enough.

Dean was brilliant, I contacted him in the morning when he had a busy day and he managed to fit me in that evening. I had tried to do some diy myself and removes some radiators resulting in crimping a copper pipe and putting a hairline fracture in an L bend pipe. Dean was professional in his approach and knew how to fix both problems swiftly. I personally couldn???t recommend him enough. I now know who to contact if I have plumbing issues.
