Carl was fantastic from start to finish. He diagnosed my bathroom tap issue from photos, quoted clearly, ordered the right parts, and kept me updated throughout. He arrived on time, completed the repair quickly, and clearly knows his trade inside out. He even showed me how to use the taps properly to avoid future problems. Brilliant service ??? highly recommend for plumbing work. I???d happily recommend Carl to anyone needing reliable plumbing help and advice.
