Brother Zak installed our new combi boiler, and we couldn???t be happier with the service. He was polite, professional, and incredibly calm throughout the process. He took the time to clarify all our questions and ensured we understood everything. The work was clean and efficient. Highly recommend Brother Zak. Excellent service from start to finish!

Rang Zak late morning on a weekend due to no hot water or heating due to a boiler fault. He went out his way to get me fitted in the same day and came round few hours later. Diagnosed the issue after much testing (wasn???t textbook), got the parts needed and he came prepared with several parts due to number of error codes on boiler to make sure we were up and running again. Couldn???t be more grateful for his expertise, service, politeness and quick turnaround and didn???t even charge much. Definitely will be using again for all plumbing, heating and gas needs. Highly recommended!

Zak upgraded my pipework from 10mm to 22mm copper to improve water flow to my new radiators, branching off with 15mm copper pipe. He installed 8 new radiators with absolute precision and then completed a full power flush on a total of 13 radiators, including both existing and new ones. I have chipboard flooring, and Zak was extremely careful when lifting it, ensuring it could be put back without any need for replacement. As I was living in the property during the work, he also took great care with my furniture, making sure nothing was damaged. In addition, Zak installed a new gas line for my cooker. He is highly knowledgeable, takes real pride in his work, and keeps everything clean and tidy. He treats your home with the same respect as if it were his own, always arrives on time, and is very well equipped to deal with awkward or unexpected scenarios. On top of all that, he was fantastic with my children (aged 7 and 4), which made the whole process much easier for our family. I wouldn???t hesitate to recommend him.

I recently called Zak Plumbing to fix our bathroom taps. We had two separate taps for hot and cold water, which was quite inconvenient. Zak arrived promptly and swiftly resolved the issue, installing a modern single mixer tap.The service was incredibly fast and efficient, and Zak was very reliable throughout the process. It's clear he takes great pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing excellent service. Thank you, Zak, for making our bathroom more convenient and user-friendly. I highly recommend Zak Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing work.
