Osi was brilliant, couldn???t recommend him high enough. Extremely quick to response and attend and managed to sort out our issue so quickly. Thanks Osi will 100% be using again if needed!

???Osi came to the rescue. My dad accidentally put a hole in a pipe and we suddenly had a mini water fountain upstairs. I called at 1:30pm on a Saturday, and he showed up, assessed the situation, and had the pipe replaced by 3pm. Super nice guy???kept me informed the whole time and made the whole thing stress???free.??? Also advised us on what to do with the downstairs ceiling and how to fix it once it was dry.

Just had to call out an emergency plumber. He said he would be out in the hour which he was. He was so so helpful and reassuring. He explained everything he did. He checked everything that it could be and established some water leaking out the sink. We were also so impressed wit the service, this included advice around non plumbing related things such as our electric which were flickering. We are really pleased and will definitely be asking for further work doing on our bathroom in due course. Thanks again for coming out on NYD!

Saved Xmas! We had a problem with ever decreasing water pressure that eventually caused the boiler to stop working. Through a logical process of elimination the root cause of the problem was found to be a leak in a pipe in the garden. Once isolated the pressure came back and we now have heating and hot water again just in time for Xmas. Absolute legend!

We had a damp smell coming from the cupboard under the stairs with no visible water the plumber traced it to a tiny leak on a heating pipe hidden behind stored items he fixed the joint dried the area thoroughly and checked moisture levels before leaving really appreciated how careful and methodical he was.
