Wonderful workmanship, from Arlen , an all day job ,he didnt even take a break, so professional, highly recommend.

Thank you to Arlan who arrived at our house after a long shift in awful weather to fix a problem caused by Bournemouth Water (who were brilliant and arranged the plumbers visit). Arlan was so friendly, knowledgable and competent, sorting the problem quickly. Well done, thank you. Highly recommended!

We had such a great experience! Sheree, our plumber, arrived right on time and took care of our leaking kitchen tap, fitting a brand-new one. She made sure everything was working perfectly before she left. So friendly, approachable, and an absolute pleasure to have her visit.

Used this company once before and had a great experience so decided to book a boiler service. Three days after the service I had no hot water. Some very nice guys came back to have a look and recommended I go through my warranty. When I phoned back to question the invoice I received, the manager was extremely rude. I told him I was unhappy and would leave a negative review and he started shouting at me and said he would remove me from their contracts then hung up on me. Do not use! The engineers are all really nice, but the office staff are unpleasant.

We had a new boiler fitted and various water tanks removed. The team were amazing. They did a great job, were friendly and helpful and tidied up afterwards.The job was great value for money and we are very happy with our heating and hot water. A special thanks to Bob for working his magic on the shower, he is a lovely guy and you can see he cares. Also to add, we have used Ace several times, for large jobs and boiler servicing, and every visit has been spot on!
