Josh and his team were exceptional. So friendly and professional. They went above and beyond. Left the house cleaner than before they came and gave us amazing advice. Highly highly recommended.

Great company really pleased with the heating system he fitted would recommend to anyone really freindly guy will definitely use again Thankyou Josh really happy

Josh was fantastic, I would definitely recommend him and his team! Discovering we had no hot water on a Friday afternoon was dreadful, especially as we have a young baby. I called Josh straight away as he was close quietly crossing my fingers he'd be free to come down and take a look. He'd just arrived home but was kind enough to come take a look. After inspecting the boiler he identified some serious issues and explained very clearly our options of repair or replacement and all the costs. Giving me time to decide what to do he went out of his way to try a small repair to keep us going in the meantime, unfortunately the boiler was way past it. We decided on a replacement which might have left us without hot water over the weekend. Again Josh went out of his way to move his schedule around and arrange for the replacement to be fitted first thing on Saturday. He and his colleague were very professional and had everything sorted in half a day, fixing some very questionable pipework in the process. Once the work was done we got all the paperwork and Josh explained everything very clearly. We're super impressed with the new boiler, it's excellent quality and very quiet. Thank you so much and we'll definitely be booking you in to service the boiler each year!

Excellent service from Josh & JP Plumbing - had 4 heaters exchanged and other plumbing work. Outstanding communication, professional integrity, keeping working areas clean, attention to detail - all things one does not take for granted but is pleased to note. Would recommend and use again.

Josh responded very quickly during a house move, to a broken toilet flush on an old toilet. Josh isolated the toilet to prevent further leakage from the overflowing cistern. Despite having other jobs Josh returned quickly to repair the toilet, with quality workmanship and information about the work completed. Josh communicated throughout and was extremely helpful. The excellent service was at a very fair price. Thank you, this has allowed our son to move into their new home with a functioning toilet. We would all recommend Josh and use him in the future.
