Unprofessional and unreliable. Contacted this company for a shower issue. Seemed very professional and helpful on the first call and gave me an idea of what the issue could be. Said he'd check with stockists for parts and get back to me in 24-48 hours. Unfortunately, I never heard from him again. I sent a message and called three times to no reply. We know you're busy but so are we. I also run my own business and I don't ignore prospective customers. If you could no longer do the job, at least have the courtesy to let people know.

Engineers themselves are good lads. Communication, documentation, follow ups are all poor though. Had to have a water tank replaced and I???m left with wonky heating, cold radiators and inconsistent water pressure. Will need to get a second opinion. No invoice or receipt for the amount paid. No guarantee paper work on the works carried out despite asking for them via email. Can???t fault the work ethic of the engineers though, just let down by their back office operations.

Had my toilet break this morning which resulted in huge leak. On the phone a kind man explained how to turn the water off as I was in a panic. Amir came out very quickly and fixed the issue fast and reassured me about the situation and explained everything along the way. Very reasonable pricing. I cannot recommend smart plumbers enough. Thank you so much

Great service, called on a weekend about a leaking toilet and they were straight our on the monday (they did offer a same day service but it worked better for me on a monday). Friendly engineers who explained everything clearly and got the job done in no time. No mess no fuss, highly recommend.

Aamir and his colleague were fantastic when they came out on a Saturday to fix an emergency call out. Brilliantly friendly with my little boy and very professional with fixing our radiator. Very approachable and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
