A proper old-school plumber's merchant where staff have knowledge and they can sell you the kit, both modern and ancient, so you can repair instead of replace. I'd give them six stars if I could.

I went in to the shop today. First nobody at the counter. Then i shouted hello no one answered. Then my partner went upstairs and the women rudely went to us what you want in a rude way. The professional way would have been how can i help you please ? I asked for a kitchen tap and said what you keep in stock just went to me just then pointed rudely to small crap display. I wont be using this company again. Do not recommend to anyone crap Chinese taps which quickly fail.

Just been to fosters and Gerrard dealt with me. The most helpful person you can imagine. He spent a load of time with me helping me decide on what parts I required. I can't recommend highly enough. The price was very reasonable too. Full marks for fosters and their staff. If I was in bradford all the time I wouldn't use anywhere else.

I would like to thank you for the service I received this week. Not only did you have the parts I needed (kitchen tap cartridges) but you also removed a part from my old ones that had to go on the new. Absolutely first class service. (And also a BCFC fan).
