I recently used this boiler company for an installation, and I couldn???t be more satisfied with the service from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and clearly very knowledgeable about their work. They took the time to explain all the options available to me, helping me choose the best solution for my home without any pressure. The installation itself was carried out efficiently and with great attention to detail. Everything was left clean and tidy afterward, which I really appreciated. Since the installation, the boiler has been working perfectly, and I???ve already noticed an improvement in both heating performance and energy efficiency. What really stood out was the excellent customer service. Any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly, and it???s reassuring to know they???re available for ongoing support if needed. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality boiler installation or maintenance. A genuinely trustworthy and professional service.

From the first enquiry, their team was responsive, professional, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain my options, recommended the best boiler for my home, and provided a clear, competitive quote with no hidden costs. On installation day, the engineer arrived on time and worked efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism. The new boiler was installed to an exceptional standard, with great attention to detail. All pipework was neat, the system was thoroughly tested, and everything was left running perfectly. What really impressed me was how clean and organised they were throughout the job. They respected my home, kept disruption to a minimum, and left everything spotless once the work was completed. They also walked me through how to use the new boiler and controls, making sure I felt confident before they left. It???s clear they genuinely care about customer satisfaction. Had a great experience and would 100% recommend! We had a leak in our washer and a previous leak under the bathroom sink. The team was able to address both issues and also caught a small leak in our washer hose that could have caused problems later. You can tell they put a lot of honesty and care into their work. We???ve had our fair share of bad plumber experiences, but with them, we really appreciated how we were shown the root of each problem and kept informed throughout. They also made sure to test everything multiple times to ensure the issues were fully resolved.
