KB Plumbing Gas & Heating definitely lived upto their 5 star rating which is why I turned to using them in the first place. I live 125 miles from Accrington and needed someone to turn off a very stubborn stopcock to the mains water supply at an unoccupied bungalow. Karl was able to fit me into his busy schedule and despite me giving him the wrong address; he persevered and found me eventually. What I originally thought to be the stopcock turned out to be for an outside tap! The fun then started by trying to find the main stopcock and with Karl's skill & knowledge of local buildings he located it under the floorboards in the hallway. I certainly have no hesitation in recommending Karl and found him a very personable & helpful guy. Well worth his very reasonable call out fee.

Couldn't recommend Karl enough! He diagnosed the problem with my boiler within 15 minutes amd ordered the part required the same day. Very approachable and friemdly guy, great service and great price.

Karl came to do a gas safety cert at my home today which was completed efficiently and with no mess. He was friendly and polite and so was the young lad who was with him. He also very kindly read my gas meter for me and changed a lightbulb in my kitchen. I would recommend him highly to all.

When I needed an emergency plumber on a very cold Friday evening due to a leak on the boiler I contacted Karl. He diagnosed the issue quickly through a video call and came to fix within an hour. Even though it was an emergency call out his rates were really reasonable. Since then he has resolved a second problem, again a quick video call to diagnose the issue to speed up the repair. Karl is really responsive, turns up when he says he will and explains everything to you. Highly recommend.

KB is the best! we recently had a home emergency at night with our boiler and KB arrived at our property within the hour of contacting him. KB quickly resolved the issue and before we knew our heating was back on. KB also did the plumbing for our bathroom renovation and he did a sterling job. I can also recommend KB for annual boiler servicing too. You???re honestly in the best hands with KB.
