Our problem was really complicated. The person I spoke to on the phone was massively helpful and knowledgeable. We got an appointment 2 days later. The people that came were great, friendly and knew what they were doing. They did a clear report for the insurance company and took the necessary photos. I would highly recommend this company

Called out as blocked drain in back garden. He came next morning. Even got a text 20 mins before arrival so I knew he was coming. Very quick service. Very informative and gave good tips and gave us some advice on our drains. Free call out and too

Quick Drains answered my call to unblock the drain on the side of my house promptly. They checked in with me and kept me up to date with when they were coming to do the job. All in all, very efficient, and polite. I would definitely use them again.

Have to say these guys are superb, rang on Sunday as bit of an emergency, said you can have someone the same day but its a bit more so if you can wait to Monday will save me some cash....love the honesty. The guys that turned up professional just got on with the job absolutely no hassle - good company and a good team!

Excellent service from the team at Quick Drains who came quickly to resolve an emergency water leak. The team were professional and worked hard to find the leak and have it fixed quickly. Despite having to cause a lot of damage to find the leak they were helpful in clearing up the best they could and making sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. Good communication and fast service. Would highly recommend. Thank you for helping us in this emergency.
