Extremely rude staff with not even the slightest brains to speak to customers. Never going back. First impressions always leave a lifetime impression.

Very disappointed. No customer service skills guy on the till very rude. Returned an item on the 28th day unopened they took 25 percent of. I ended up loosing ??75. Gave wrong fixings won't exchange them wants 25 percent of them also. Will never use again.

As a tradesmen I've frequently visited BPM and from my own experiences I can safely say its a wonderful merchant, with exceptional knowledge of materials, superb over the counter service. Excellent quality and service is always guaranteed. Has an extensive range of complete bathroom's to see in its large showroom. Conversation is always welcomed and the staff to name a few, Saukat, Ryan, Pav & Mark are all exemplary as a standard. Kettle's always boiled and a warm brew is made available sharply. Definitely recommend the merchant and staff to all.

Been to visit BPM now a few times and I have to say it's always been a positive experience. All the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and ready to provide great customer service as soon as you walk through the door. Saukat always provides customer service with a passion, a very good trustworthy person to deal with.
