I highly recommend 24/7 Rapid Fix Limited. I contacted them with regards to a pressure issue with my boiler. On initial contact, everything was explained clearly and they also explained possible issues. They are very methodical in their approach and diagnosis, while maintaining true professionalism and remained in contact before and after the work that was carried out, even to the point where follow up contacts were made to check how things were. Excellent services, extremely reliable.

I was very impressed with Rapid Fix. I had a water leak in the connection to a plumbed in washing machine which I could not repair so I had to switch the mains water off. The prospect of no toilet or showers for an extended period horrified us. I spotted Rapid Fix on Google who were close by. I contacted them by phone at 16-30 and the response was immediate. They asked for photos on What???s App to diagnose the problem and within 15 minutes I had a quote and an offer of a repair the same evening. The quote was good value and reasonable. The Plumber arrived at our property at 17-45 with parts and the leak was fixed within 15 minutes to our huge relief. The guy was very friendly and we were impressed with his expertise and professionalism. He was also very tidy and safety conscious. I would highly recommend Rapid Fix for all plumbing and gas repairs and for sure I have their number for my inevitable next domestic gas or water crisis. Thank you so much Rapid Fix. You saved us the huge worry of being left with no mains water overnight. Regards, Alan F Bolton

I used 24/7 Rapid Fix for the installation of my shower unit as well as the relocation and installation of my dishwasher. We chose a cupboard opposite the sink (where the water supply is). The team at 24/7 Rapid Fix created a discreet channel to ensure the water supply would reach the opposite side of the room, in order to install and integrate the dishwasher unit. Genius! I was so impressed and very happy! From thinking it couldn???t be done, to now having the dishwasher I wanted! As someone who has previously had bad experiences with plumbers, I was wary but the team at 24/7 Rapid Fix eased my concerns and surpassed my expectations! The jobs were completed professionally and efficiently. At a very affordable price, they are definitely a top recommendation from me!
