Excellent job by the team at Empire last week. They came in, identified the issue, quoted me, did the job and were gone within 48 hours. Not only that, but they took the time to explain what the issue was, showed me proof each step of the way and then explained the after care too. They did everything I could ask and more???.whilst fitting a flue to the outside wall, Baz noticed my Gutter was blocked so voluntarily got stuck in and cleared it with no extra charge! Can???t recommend these guys enough!

Baz gave me a really great service. I gave him a call, told him the issue with my boiler. He came down to my house bang on time and rectified the problem. His timekeeping skills are really good. He definately does get the job done. He came down with his apprentice today and changed the part...all bang on...works like new again. He even checked the boiler for me...all flue checks..hot water checks. Most importantly, he did the gas safety check on the meter aswell Very happy with his work....well done baz

Wow what a service from Baz and the team! They recommended a chemical flush before installing a new boiler and although we were sceptical the results spoke for themselves. Baz was constantly checking in and making sure everything was running as it should be and eventually when he was happy he proceeded to complete the installation of the new boiler. He was very thorough in his method and did not give in at any stage. He went through everything methodically and kept us informed all the way. Baz was happy to answer any questions and was also teaching us the best way to maintain the system once it???s been installed. He made sure everything was fully working and went through the whole house to make sure all the radiators were hot. He even changed a towel radiator for me as it was on the verge of leaking. Baz showed us the results of the flush and we were so happy we got this done as it was unreal how much sludge was in the system. He then proceeded to fit the new boiler and commission the set up and now it???s like a sauna in the house! I don???t think it???s ever been this warm in the house since we moved in 16 years ago!!! Thanks Baz and the empire team for a flawless service. Our number 1 plumber to go to in the future and will be the only plumber I will recommend!

We had an emergency over the weekend where our gas pipe was punctured and this was dangerous. I was searching for a reputable and professional company and by chance I walked past a house they were working on, Baz was approachable and after I explained the situation of not having any gas he and hes team came over the same day and fixed the problem straight away and to the highest standard. We were so happy with the service and price that we booked them in again for more work to our gas pipes which was done to their high standards. Today I ammwritimg a review as my boiler needs fixing and our radiators need bleeding so my first port of call is Baz and hes team. If you want a company who is focused on the customer and quality of service and the best price then dont hesitate.
