I can???t recommend this plumber highly enough. When I had an issue when a drill bit collided with a gas pipe. I was worried I???d struggle to find someone reliable, but he responded quickly and was there 40 minutes later even though it was a Sunday AND Father???s Day! He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The work was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard, and I felt completely reassured throughout. Excellent service, fair pricing, and fantastic communication from start to finish. I wouldn???t hesitate to use him again and would happily recommend him to anyone needing a trustworthy gas engineer or plumber. Thank you for your help!

Michael is a reliable plumber who responds quickly when called upon, even when he is very busy. He works quickly to solve problems like a leaking toilet cistern and seized bath plug mechanism on this visit. It's great to meet a plumber for whom nothing seems too much trouble and who charges reasonable prices. Thanks for coming out at short notice Michael!

Michael was with us within 2 hours of me calling on a busy Saturday for him. A friendly, professional service and a very reasonable charge for fitting new pipes under the sink and installing a new shower. I will definitely use him again and would highly recommend his services.

Mick at M J Kay plumbing and heating has undertaken many jobs for us including, fitting a new bathroom and boiler, extensive work in kitchen renovations and many things which are out of the remit of a plumber. He has also put us in touch with professionals to undertake other skilled work. Not only is he excellent at his trade his design concept is exceptional, always has fantastic ideas in house design and renovation and often knowing what we want before we do. All this is applied with a friendly and professional service and nothing is to much. Thanks Mick, your labour and advice has proved invaluable.
