Dave fitted a boiler for us 18 years ago and a few days ago it finally gave up working. Promptly came out to diagnose and came to the conclusion not worth fixing it, also it was no longer an efficient heating source for us. Dave and Ben got the new Vaillant boiler fitted inside a few hours and what a difference its made. Night and day different, plus the smartsense setup is really flexible too. They even swept up and vaccumed, all surfaces cleaned ready for cooking tea! Thanks once again Dave and much appreciated on the quick service. Not changed in 18 years, except now you have your sons helping you out who are a credit to you!

Absolutely first class once again from Dave and the lads. Came out when they said they would and on time. Fitted a new boiler, removed an old back boiler, tank and pump, made good all old pipe work and installed a new Vaillant super efficient combi boiler. So neat and tidy, very respectful of our property, kept everything as clean as possible and tidied up after. Couldn???t be happier. First class service from a great team. Thank you

Had my boiler serviced recently and couldn???t be happier with the experience. Dave was extremely responsive via messages, arrived right on time, and was a genuinely sound guy to chat with. Very professional throughout and clearly knew his stuff. I???ll definitely be using him again for future services or if any issues crop up with the boiler. Highly recommended!

Outstanding Service from DLW Plumbing & Heating Ltd - Highly Recommend! I recently had the pleasure of using DLW Plumbing & Heating Ltd to install a new boiler in my home, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Dave and Luke were incredibly professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all my questions, explain the different boiler options available, and help me choose the perfect model for my needs. The installation itself was flawless. They worked efficiently and meticulously, ensuring every detail was perfect. They even went above and beyond by showing me all the advanced functions of the new boiler, ensuring I felt comfortable operating it. What truly impressed me was their commitment to customer satisfaction. Not only were they experts in their field, but they were also incredibly courteous and respectful of my home. They took great care to protect my property and even cleaned up thoroughly after the installation was complete. I mean, they even hoovered! If you're looking for a reliable, professional, and trustworthy company to install your new boiler, look no further than DLW Plumbing & Heating Ltd. Dave and his team are the real deal, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Recommended without reservation. Dave, with sons Luke and Ben Withers, replaced our very old Baxi conventional boiler with a Vaillant combi boiler*, removing the hot water cylinder and excess pipework. They replaced old lead gas pipe with copper. They also refit our toilet cistern, fitted a cut off valve, and serviced and cleaned the gas fire. We were amazed to have a fully functional boiler at the end of the first day. They are all hardworking, very polite and cleaned up thoroughly after each job. If you want a job doing well, you'll have no issues. They got this job as a result of promptly dealing with a leaking radiator at our son's house a couple of years ago when they made a great impression on us. (*A few days on and we wish we'd replaced it years ago.)
