Outstanding service from start to finish! They responded quickly to my emergency call and resolved the leak the same day. Honest pricing and great customer service.

Keith's helped me out of a corner - my boiler was working but it kept recycling because the heat wasn't getting away - a birthday weekend with guests staying in a couple of days - what to do. Saw the reviews and rang - offered an appointment next day. Might have been ok but I was worried about fitting of spare parts if needed so persuaded them to come the same day - did cost rather more but they came in a couple of hours and sorted the problem out - pump motor failed - fortunately they had a spare pump on board so problem fixed in less than an hour. Would thoroughly recommend.

Chris and team did a great job with boiler service and rebalancing radiators. They are very patient, checked everything and gave several suggestions on improving central heating and water pressure. Highly recommend.

A huge shout out to Chris and Ellis.. you are both worth your weight in gold! Had to have two call outs with these guys and they have been brilliant! Keith???s will now be our go to plumbers. These guys go above and beyond to help out and it doesn???t go unnoticed. We???ll see you again soon (for a normal job ????)
