Had a radiator pulled off of the wall, made a booking the next day to come and remove it and stop the slow leak. They were up front on pricing, very responsive, and efficient once onsite. Highly recommend, was even mindful of keeping my cats indoors!

I don't think I've ever been so glad to pay a bill. Nupipe sent someone promptly on a freezing weekend when my boiler failed and was leaking everywhere, and have now managed to get the heating and hot water running again when I thought I was going to have to get a new boiler. I'm happy to recommend them, and grateful to be warm and clean again.

I strongly recommend this serious company. We needed emergency services for a leak and they were very quick to offer an appointment. Excellent communication with Warren and the problem was fixed promptly. Very honest company. I would use them again in the future.

Warren and team were excellent from start to finish. They arrived exactly when they said they would, and solved both issues promptly and without fuss. Also advised us on future work and potential options available. And the cost was entirely reasonable - great value for money. Highly recommended - they will be our go-to plumbers whenever we need a plumber again in the future!

After our boiler was condemned unexpectedly, Warren turned around a quote for the installation of a new, good quality boiler (+ new condensing pump) quickly and at an excellent price. He was also able to fit us in very soon after we spoke and subsequently installed the new boiler+pump quickly and efficiently, to a high standard. He also was able adapt to a few challenges during the installation on-the-fly rapidly and without any issues and he kept to his original price to the penny. We also had all the necessary Gas Safe paperwork (and boiler manufacturer warranty) 100% sorted for us - it simply arrived in the post. So I would strongly recommend Nupipe Group and specifically Warren who we dealt with, to anyone who is after a new boiler installation.
