LESS THEN ONE STAR IF I COULD.I had a fridge freezer 2.5 years old that could not be repaired, but because the engineer had been and diagnosed the problem the call out was charged at ??139 with no refund. My own fault perhaps for paying up front. I recommend to anyone do not do it... Call out prices eleswhere are so much cheaper.

My mum has on set dementia and was looking for a plumber to come out instead was nearly sold an insurance policy. She had no idea what was going on and this is why we dont leave money in her account as you were happy to take money off her for aomething she had no idea about. I spoke to someone not telling me anything about a policy but wanted to take a payment! Rather than thinking about your sales or bonus think about the s##t you could cause a 82 year old lady with dementia. Honestly guys that is harsh!
