Very very helpful. We were in a pickle (out of Towners) and they helped us out massively. Highly recommended great service and helped us with everything we needed. Toilet fixed.

Really good service from Graham's. It's very handy being able to go in and discuss things, compared with using an online supplier. Karina was always well informed about our order, and very helpful. Thoroughly recommended.

Just wanted to say how helpful your staff is. I'd specially like to thank Katrina who took the time to explain patiently how to mend the gubbins in my toilet cistern. It's personal service like that that keeps me coming back. Thank you!

Used this merchants a few times and had mostly positive experiences, However i have been served on multiple occasions by Karina who has no consideration for time. I had a simple list of parts and was there for over half hour while she got them one at a time. Didn???t listen when I gave the account name and further suggested I get my own when it was in fact my boss???s Won???t be using again haven???t got time for it Tom

Spoke to Andy at Grahams Plumbers Merchant in Bath. Quality products - needed MacAlpine Shower traps. Lots in stock to choose from and Andy helped get us the exact spec we needed. Excellent fast service. Highly recommended.
