I contacted Zane as my saniflo loo was not working. He answered promptly and was able to visit in a couple of days. I have two loos and did not consider history be an emergency. He came and assessed the situation and gave me a date ( a few days later) when he could revisit and resolve the problem. Zane arrived on time as discussed. He kept me informed of the progress. The problem was fixed with a few hours. Zane was a very good communicator, very friendly, respectful, clean and tidy. He left the loo spotlessly clean. I highly recommend him and he will be my first call if I have any plumbing problems in the future.

Zane came to our rescue late on a Sunday afternoon. After a quick run through on the phone describing the problem, he arrived swiftly armed with the equipment to fix our leak! A burst pipe was replaced along with a loose valve. I would highly recommend Zane as nothing was too much trouble. He was a really nice man, an extremely tidy workman who went out of his way to help us when most needed.

We had a leak coming through the ceiling from our upstairs bathroom and needed help fast. Zane responded quickly, identified and solved the issue straight away, and then came back the following week to complete the fix. Reliable, efficient, and easy to deal with???highly recommend.

We phoned Zane for an emergency call out at 4 pm on a Saturday as a pipe had sprung a leak under our bath and was dripping down into our front room???? Zane arrived very promptly, dealt with everything efficiently cleaned up and still managed to get to his family occasion he had planned that evening. Fantastic , I???d recommend his services to anyone !! Thankyou once again Zane!!

Called Zane when our shower started spraying water everywhere. He asked a few quick questions to make sure he had everything he needed and was with us within an hour of the call. A delightful man when he arrived ??? he quickly isolated the problem so we could get our water back on, and we now have a plan in place to fix the bigger issue. Highly recommend!
