I recently had my old boiler replaced by Aqua Sulis, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Mark installed a new ATAG boiler for us and did a fantastic job. Mark and Corey were professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable. They kept everything tidy while they worked and made sure to clean up all the mess before leaving, which was really appreciated. What also stood out was how upfront they were about any challenges they encountered during the installation. They explained everything clearly and worked hard to resolve any issues properly. The new ATAG boiler has been working perfectly, and the whole installation was handled with real care and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend Aqua Sulis and wouldn???t hesitate to use them again in the future.

Mark (Aqua Sulis) has kindly serviced our boiler for the past 3 years. He is friendly and reliable. He is consistently able to correctly diagnose any issues, promptly source parts and fix the problem. We are so relieved to have found him and hope he will be willing to look after our boiler for years to come.

Mark has done an excellent job of completely transforming our bathroom: removing the bath, wall tiles, old shower unit and furniture and fitting a walk-in shower with wet wall panels throughout, new fitted furniture and flooring with underfloor heating. Mark was able to advise us on product ranges and nothing was too much trouble. We were away for most of the time that Mark was working on our bathroom, but he sent us photos to let us see the progress and contacted us to ask our preferences on particular features including preferred brightness of ceiling lights. Mark is very professional and knowledgeable, all work was done to a very high standard and I have no hesitation in recommending him.
