I needed a plumber in an emergency because of a leak and Tony came out within the hour. He was thorough and kept me informed throughout as my property is tenanted. He came back a couple of times to check the leak had indeed stopped. I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to anyone in the Bath area

Fantastic service by these guys, called them this evening, they were at the property within an hour and everything sorted. Kindest regards, Rococo of Bath team

Absolutely wonderful service! Very quick to come out when we had an emergency, very friendly and went above and beyond to help. Would highly recommend. Thank you so much!

Really happy with the same-day service. I was able to send photos beforehand so Tony could get a quote to me prior to starting. I was nervous about paying before he arrived but the communication was good and Tony and his apprentice Inez arrived within the specified time despite heavy traffic and got down to work quickly. They were knowledgable, communicative, respectful, and fixed the leak within 30 minutes of arrival. Thank you.

Excellent service. Tony arrived when he said he would and located the fault very quickly. He stopped the leak and explained what repairs he advised should be done. I accepted his quote for the repairs which were done on an arranged date. Super work, I highly recommend.
