Phoned Dan on Saturday and he was in and out Sunday. Worked extremely quickly and was a reasonable price, especially with it being a weekend. Would recommend to anyone

Last year Dan replaced our boiler and had to come back to fix it once since he did a poor job, then went completely MIA on us. We had to find someone else to come in and replace our shower since the old one was incompatible with the new boiler, though Dan assured us it wouldn't be an issue. The new plumber also mentioned what a mess Dan had made of the pipes behind the new boiler, nice. A year later and we've asked him to come service the boiler as it't not running properly and surprise, again he's completely impossible to reach. Says "I can come by this week" then completely stops responding. I also want to mention he made a huge mess of the carpets the first time he was here it was really disappointing. Go elsewhere for your plumbing needs.

So pleased to have got Dan in to sort out a number of issues with our central heating system and plumbing. He has done an excellent job! We had been let down by a number of other plumbers, so it has been a relief to find a plumber who really cares about the work he does. Dan is calm and trustworthy. Ripped out and disposed of old heating system and replaced with new pipework and combination boiler. One of the standout features of Dan's work was his creative solution to routing the new pipes. Instead of going with the traditional route up the kitchen wall, he seamlessly ran them under the kitchen cabinets. This not only enhanced the aesthetics of our kitchen but also showed his commitment to delivering the best possible outcome for us. Also bricked up the hole in the wall from the old vent. Despite the challenges posed by higher pressure and older radiators and pipework, there was a minor issue with an old radiator dripping. However, Dan's exceptional customer service shone through as he promptly returned to fix the problem the very same day. This level of dedication to ensuring everything was in perfect working order was truly impressive. Overall, Dan's work exceeded our expectations, both in terms of craftsmanship and customer service. I wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone seeking a skilled and thoughtful plumber.

Dan fitted a new combi-boiler in our new (old!) home. Throughout the job he was very responsive and communicated every step of the way. He performed the job to a good quality and at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend him and will definitely use his services again in the future!
