Jake turned up on time and installed and set up my water softener. He offered good advice and I am definitely having him back for some more work in my bathroom.

We have used Empire heating for radiator fits and yearly service of boiler, all done to a high standard. This request was a new kitchen tap fit, which was again done to satisfaction. Thanks Jake.

I???m a retired engineer having previously held most domestic and commercial gas qualifications. The service this company provided was professional, well priced and the person genuine. No need to look elsewhere and they service my boiler every year.

A professional service from start to finish, very polite, and personable. I feel at ease when Jake comes into our home, as explains the work he???s about to carry out and what he???s done at the end, if anything has changed. Jake went above and beyond on his latest visit explaining the issue and how I could resolve it myself in future. I highly recommend empire heating solutions, will be using them in the future.
