Used Chris's services again. Called him about a leaking radiator and annual maintenance and he responded same day, came the next morning. He found additional issue with the boiler electrode while he was here - proactive and thorough. He replaced valves, did the annual boiler service, explained everything clearly. Very friendly as always. Punctual, worked quietly, excellent quality. Will definitely call him again. (2026) -- Boiler service - Job well done, very friendly service and good price. (2024)

Chris was exceedingly attentive and very accommodating. We had our first boiler service since moving into our new house, and he was both comprehensive and engaging. He took the time to show us the relevant parts, explain what he was doing, and explain his findings, so that we had a good understanding of the starting point of what we'd inherited - which empowered us as customers moving forward. In the absence of a manual, we were a little unclear on a few functionalities, and Chris was more than happy to explain them to us. Moreover, he was remarkably polite, and very warm and friendly, and it was a genuine pleasure to have him here. He will undoubtedly be our first port of call in the future.

Chris completed my annual boiler service. He???s obviously a very knowledgable and capable plumber but along with that he???s very considerate, friendly and reliable. Would not hesitate to recommend to neighbours and friends.

An absolute superstar plumber. Tried various plumbers over the years before settling on Chris, and would never go elsewhere. He always does his work to a high standard, and has rescued me with emergency appointments when I have needed a plumber and not realised.

I have used Chris several times and will continue to do so. Knows his stuff and his work is to a high standard. I have no problem recommending Bath City Plumbers. A gent and very easy to deal with. Also turns up when he says he will which is always a good thing in my books!
